I made this at home, in Wales. Really a series of demos more than a record, but when I played it for Garry West at Compass Records he wanted to release it as it is, and who am I to doubt him? Listening to it now I love it, it's got the magic feel that a lot of demos have. Easy, relaxed, and exactly what I wanted to do. This is what it sounds like at my house - a bit of hip-hop, some soul, some jazz, some folk, some reggae.
