LOVERS KNOT

This was my first solo recording and if it’s any good at all, it’s down to the guidance and single mindedness of Danny Kahn. Danny Kahn put the whole thing together and made it work. I wasn’t ready for a major label, and felt that, in the context of the record, I was the weak link. The players were great, Craig Street, the producer, did a top job, and Danny Kopelson, who engineered it, was a genius. I was less than the maximum. I had a chance and didn’t, for a number of reasons, rise to it. There are, though, some great songs on it; Ill Angel, Quickly Into Trouble, Something We Had.
