ONLY TIME WILL TELL

I had long been a fan of the English country rock band Brinsley Schwarz, and found, to my surprise, that it’s guitarist, Ian Gomm, lived 7 miles away from me. We used to get together and listen to Jim Ford and Bobby Womack and old soul songs and we decided, one winter (there’s not a lot to do during winter in Wales), to record some of them.
